Illegal Immigration
Out of Control

Fix it
or
Get out of my Government

Secure borders first or immigration reform will fail

Question:
Who are the real Criminals?
Answer:
Our Elected Government Officials

Our elected government officials take bribes called campaign contributions to leave our borders open. They do not leave the doors to their homes open 24 hours per day. So why do they leave the doors (borders) to our country wide open?

Our elected government officials are the real criminals in this issue for not closing our borders and protecting the American people. Our government needs to stop blaming everyone else, close our borders and solve the immigration problems.

Question:
Who are the alleged Criminal Coconspirators?
Answer:
U.S. Businesses

U.S. Businesses pay bribes called campaign contributions to get their way. You must also ask yourself, "why haven't American businesses outsourced to Mexico instead of other far-off parts of the world?" Could the answer be that that U.S. businesses don't want the Mexican people to have good jobs in their own country? They want to keep the people of Mexico poor so they can entice them to relocate to the U.S. to be used as cheap slave labor.

You'll hear all kinds of excuses such as the Mexican constitution does not allow property to be bought by foreigners in Mexico within 30 miles of their coast line or within 60 miles of their borders. That is a lousy excuse. Most businesses in the U.S. are located much further than that from a coast line or border of our country and they are doing just fine.

Who are these Illegal Immigrants?

Current illegal immigrants are mostly from Mexico. Most of them are very hard working good people. They just want to be able to make a living and support their families just like the rest of Americans. They don't have that opportunity in Mexico.

The hard working illegal immigrants in this country feel they have been invited here -- and with justification. Our government and business both say we need these people. Our government refuses to close our borders and there is no workable immigration policy. What would you do if there was no work in your country and another country said we need your labor? Duh!

Analyze the Problem

Our government says there are approximately 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. today. Others estimate that to be 20 million.

How do you think the world would respond if the U.S. decided to deport from 12 to 20 million people -- Wake up! It ain't goin' to happen. Our government created the problem through their inaction. So, tell them to stop talking about it and solve the problem.

Fix It
or
Get out of my Government

Americans must shed their biases, get their head out of the sand, face reality and demand that government stop shoveling B.S. and solve the problem. The following are suggestions as to what needs to be done. If others have better ideas then let them speak up and do something about it. Don't just sit there doing nothing.

1. Secure our borders now -- Use Troops:
Use U.S. troops to immediately close our borders now; and keep them there until all our illegal immigration problems are solved. There is an adequate supply of immigrants here now to fill the needs of business until a workable immigration policy is created. If other workers are needed then require they obtain valid visas.

2. Dealing with current illegal immigrants (Secure Borders First):
Illegal immigrants who have come here to work, have shown themselves to be good law abiding people and can show a proficiency in the english language should be given legal immigration status. That is, without the U.S. government requiring them to proceed through a gauntlet nightmare of paperwork. They should also not be required to pay a penalty fee for being here illegally. Remember, our government and businesses illegally invited them here.

3. Increase the Minimum Wage:
The minimum wage must be immediately increased to at least $8.00 per hour with subsequent automatic inflationary increases. This would encourage more American workers to take jobs. We must stop fooling ourselves by worrying about increases in prices in the U.S. triggered by an increase in the minimum wage. If you really do the research you will find that the middle class are already paying for many benefits required by lower wage people who are unable to make a livable wage.

4. Temporary Worker Visas:
Agriculture has historically used immigrant labor to help farm and harvest the crops. It is urgent that temporary visas be created for the agriculture workers. These workers must receive at least the minimum wage, with deduction of appropriate taxes. Businesses must be required to pay on top of the current minimum wage all labor contractor fees and/or other amounts for transportation, living expenses, food, etc.

If these workers fulfil their work requirements and show themselves to be law abiding people then they should be put on a fast track to legal immigration. They should be rewarded for their hard work.

5. Visitor Program:
People from other countries must be able to legally enter the U.S. to visit their relatives. These must be simple to obtain.

6. Deport and/or Jail Criminal Illegal Aliens:
U.S. Government statistics show that there are over 800,000 gang members in the U.S. One California report indicates that over 60% of their gang members are illegal aliens. This issue is out of hand and beyond anything state and local law enforcement can handle. If necessary, National Guard troops should be used within our towns and cities to help local police.
